Sunday School — 9:30 a.m.
Sunday school classes are held each Sunday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. The "Gospel Story" curriculum is used on these Sunday School classes. This curriculum is a unique, three-year program that grounds our children in the Gospel story from Genesis to Revelation. "Gospel Story" is built upon sounds lessons, good theology, and talented, caring teachers.
Wednesday Night Program — 6-7pm
Wonderful Wednesday classes are held on Wednesday evenings during the school year (mid-August through May). After dinner and fellowship at 5:00 p.m. in the Common Room, classes begin at 6:00 p.m. and are offered for all ages. Nursery care is provided during classes.
Our nursery director, Kymberli Taylor, works hard to provide the best nursery care in town! Care for little ones is available for children under three during the Sunday School hour. All children are invited to worship with their parents, but if you prefer we have a nursery available for children 5 and under during the 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. worship services.
Children's Church — During Worship
Children’s Church is an extension of our Sunday morning worship. This is the time and place where children are led to know God’s presence and seek God’s presence in the moment in ways that are developmentally appropriate for them. We do not have children’s church on the first Sundays of the month or on high holy days so that children may experience the sacraments with their families in worship together.
Fun events and activities for each age group help build friendships among the kids and facilitate relationships with caring adults. Keep an eye on our calendar and for posters around the church. These events are planned in advance and advertised in the Proclamation, worship bulletins, and Tidbits.
